Common questions

Is the medication level exact?

No. It’s an estimate based on published half-lives for each medication and the doses you log. It is not a lab value and shouldn’t be used to make dosing decisions.

Where is my data stored?

On your device by default. If you turn on backup, an encrypted copy is stored in your account. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Ebbly. On Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Ebbly.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, go to Settings › Delete account and data. You can also email us and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
